Network Infrastructure Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing complex network infrastructure. This includes coordinating with service providers and vendors to resolve issues, detecting and responding to incidents proactively, and delivering regular reports on network performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SD WAN Management
    • Ensure high-performance WAN links connecting remote sites with redundancy and failover solutions.
    • Manage SD-WAN solutions, enabling dynamic routing and bandwidth optimization across regions.
    • Provide mechanisms to minimize jitter, latency, and packet loss, ensuring an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools.
  • Branch Network WAN Management
    • Manage WAN links connecting all branches ensuring redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets across the country.
    • Ensure stable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations, with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting.
    • L2 Network Troubleshooting, capacity trend/problem identification, patching, configuration management.
  • LAN/Wi-Fi Management
    • Full lifecycle management of LAN, including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
    • Manage the Wi-Fi network, ensuring coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations.
    • Provide secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls.
  • Audit Participation and Documentation
    • Participate in all audits requested by customers, including filling in required forms and collecting relevant data.
    • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all requested audit materials.
    • Complete all audit questionnaires and related documents as required by customers, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with the scope of the service provided.
