Cloud Network Expert

Our organization is seeking an experienced Cloud Network Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and troubleshooting F5 load balancers, Cloudflare WAF, Palo Alto & Azure firewalls, IPSec VPN.

This is a key role within our team, assisting with network-related tasks part of the migration project and collaborating with cross-functional teams including network operations, Application support, automation, and project teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting the cloud network environment, focusing on F5-LTM and firewall expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot the cloud network environment, focusing on F5-LTM and firewall expertise.
  • Collaborate with Product Support, Development, and Cloud Operations teams for timely and appropriate communication regarding assigned tasks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure Operations, Architecture, and Security teams.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Collaborate with customer and internal stakeholders to build VPN tunnel builds and troubleshoot in case of any issues.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of overall experience in Information Technology, with 6+ years of relevant expertise in F5 LTM, Cloudflare WAF, ASA/PALO ALTO/AZURE firewalls.

Key Skills:

  • F5 Load Balancer Skills: Administration, iRule Development, SSL Management, Advanced Networking Concepts, Traffic Management Policies.
  • Cloudflare WAF Management: Experience with WAF operations, including log review, rule fine-tuning, collaborating with stakeholders, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Firewall Skills: Configuration firewall policies and VPN tunnel configuration and troubleshooting.
