Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to create and implement a structured documentation framework within Confluence for our network. The primary focus is to establish templates and organization for as-built diagrams, contact information, runbooks, and design guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with network documentation and designing structured documentation frameworks. They should be familiar with Confluence and able to create clear, consistent documentation and templates that are easy to maintain and update.

This role involves working closely with the network team to gather existing data, convert designs into standardized templates, and train the team on maintaining and expanding the documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a structured conventions framework for documenting network details in Confluence.
  • Create standardized templates for site documentation, runbooks, and design guidelines to ensure consistency and ease of access.
  • Collaborate with the network team to gather data, understand site-specific details, and accurately represent the current network state.
