Responsibilities:
  • Document Management System Administration
  • The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage client records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • A responsive individual who can promptly address query emails from candidates and managers, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Prepare high-quality PDFs for clients, adhering to predefined styles and formats.
  • Format resumes according to predefined styles and present them to clients.
  • Verify and upload joining documents to various portals.
  • Maintain a collaborative team environment by being proactive, open to learning, and adaptable.
