About the Company

We are a rapidly expanding organization with a consolidated revenue of approximately INR 50 Cr, operating across India, Singapore, and the USA through two international subsidiaries. Our core expertise lies in delivering cutting-edge Information Technology-enabled solutions and offering robust IT manpower support services to a global clientele.

This is a high-impact role that demands a strong foundation in accounting and international financial reporting. While the role is permanent in nature, it will begin as a contractual position for a minimum of one year, with a planned transition to our payroll thereafter.

Job Description

  • Accounting Strategy: Plan, implement, and oversee the overall accounting strategy and day-to-day finance operations.
  • General Ledger Management: Manage core accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Reconciliation: Handle reconciliations related to capital assets, trust accounts, check runs, fixed asset activity, and debt activity.
  • Financial Analysis: Monitor and analyze accounting data to generate timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Accounting Standards: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining a deep understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Closing Operations: Drive timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures as per company expectations.
  • Banking Requirements: Assist with daily banking requirements, including accurate processing of positive pay transactions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: CA / CMA / ICWA qualified with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), or semi-qualified professionals with 8 - 9 years of relevant combined experience (including training).
  • Experience: Proven experience in overseeing accounting operations and managing general ledger processes across multiple entities.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of Income Tax and GST provisions, with practical application to day-to-day transactions.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills - both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently across teams and with leadership.
