Business Development Manager Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and lead customer acquisition for our logistics park.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new customers in the logistics, industrial, and infrastructure sectors with a proven track record of bringing in clients for similar large-scale projects.
- Market and promote leasing and usage of the logistics park's warehousing, industrial plots, and rail-linked services.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients through site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
- Monitor market developments and competitor activity to refine business strategy.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, legal, and operations teams to deliver client solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development within logistics, industrial parks, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehousing, rail freight, and B2B industrial marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
