We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to fill the role of Platform Success Associate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city.

Key responsibilities include calling and onboarding schools onto our platform, verifying class schedules and fees, and reaching out to parents who have submitted inquiries.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, be friendly and empathetic over phone and WhatsApp, and be able to follow a process and update basic records.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles, as well as education at the graduate level or currently pursuing studies part-time.
