Engineering Talent Program

We are seeking bright engineering students who are passionate about applying their technical skills to solve real-world challenges.

This internship is a premier training ground and a direct pipeline to a full-time career in political consulting.

  1. Participate in a comprehensive 2-month training program that bridges the gap between engineering and politics.
  2. Engage in intensive workshops on advanced Python, JavaScript, database management, and operational security best practices.
  3. Attend seminars on the current political landscape, campaign structures, legislative processes, and data ethics in policy.
  4. Analyse public datasets to identify trends and produce actionable insights.
  5. Develop a Capstone Project, such as creating an analytical dashboard to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise policy memos and presentations.
  7. Collaborate with and shadow full-time team members, contributing directly to ongoing projects.

To be eligible, you must be currently in your 6th semester or later of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; or be a recent graduate.

  • You should have a strong interest in Indian politics and public policy.
  • You must possess foundational technical knowledge and strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • You should have excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • You should be a proactive problem-solver, eager to learn and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
