At a leading organization, we are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our Human Resources team as a Talent Management and Strategy expert. This role is integral to the company's growth and success, responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with our organization's objectives and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate talent management strategies that support the company's long-term growth and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with the overall organizational strategy.
  • Design and manage performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Identify training and development needs and create learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee retention, job satisfaction, and overall well-being.
  • Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.

This role will involve handling approximately 300 employees, driving initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage top talent while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
