Job Title: Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Lead to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle from initiation to execution.

  • You will engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure they are informed of project updates and activities.
  • You will coordinate with manpower agencies to assign resources effectively and manage communication between stakeholders.
  • You will establish reporting arrangements and prepare weekly progress reports.
  • You will build relationships with design professionals, vendors, and clients while directing installation teams to execute work safely and according to design plans.
  • You will collaborate with functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture (Tier 1 or Tier 2 college) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executing corporate/residential interior fitout projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to break down complex ideas efficiently.
  • Understanding of basic project management principles.
  • Attention to detail, no-compromise attitude towards quality.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial zeal & ownership.
