Lead Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering with experience in leading project teams and managing projects from initiation to delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement plans to achieve project objectives while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

  • PDMS, E3D, SP3D software skills
  • Project management tools such as MS Project or Asana
