Site Manager - Railway Project About the Role

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for an experienced site manager to oversee the execution of civil works for our railway project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will lead a team of engineers and technicians in the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities, including earthwork, bridge construction, and building projects.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing resources and manpower, inspecting materials, and dealing with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Manage resources and manpower to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Inspect materials and equipment to ensure they meet project specifications
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of railway design drawings and regulations
