Construction Project Leader

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the management of construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in project management, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in architectural, civil engineering, or related discipline, along with extensive experience in construction site management. Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to interpret construction drawings are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day construction activities on site
  • Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, design, safety, and quality management requirements
  • Collaborate with LDI and clients to resolve site-related issues
  • Develop and implement site procedures using the JLL Atlas platform
  • Hold internal and external construction meetings
  • Prepare master construction schedules and track progress
  • Review pending issues with the site team and develop action plans
  • Conduct weekly site and report meetings with consultants, contractors, and agencies
  • Review site progress payments and ensure claims from subcontractors reflect actual progress
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in MS Project, MS Excel, and other scheduling software
  • Knowledge of interpreting, coordinating, and discussing construction drawings
  • Ability to manage commercial negotiations and design contracts
Requirements:
  • Degree in architectural, civil engineering, or related discipline
  • Extensive experience in construction site management
  • Knowledge of safety protocols
  • Excellent communication skills
