Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects or multi-stream IT initiatives.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives involving multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Define program roadmap, scope, objectives, and success metrics/reporting in alignment with business goals & program director.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Monitor program/project performance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Support teams in their project management role: providing guidance on program/project structure, processes, and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, standards, security rules, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization with a focus on sustainability and digital transformation is highly desirable.
