- A Master's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or Technology

- Proven expertise in HR, Finance, or Clinical/Healthcare operations
- A strong working knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, Zoho, SAP, Oracle, BI tools)
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting, analytics, and presentations
