Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ServiceNow professional to lead our ServiceNow capability and delivery unit. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate industry expertise with a deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow eco-system, company, and product roadmap, as well as various products, platforms, and ServiceNow offerings, market trends including other competitor enterprise products.
  • Experience in handling global responsibility (US, Europe, UK, APAC Regions)
  • Experience in multiple accounts management with P&L responsibility.
  • Responsible for driving delivery including successful client implementation and high CSS and CSAT growth of business in current accounts.

Ability to work comfortably in a matrix organization with excellent communication and networking skills, managing and influencing a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment.

  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its applications, as well as experience in implementing and integrating ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience working in a global team environment, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues across different locations and time zones.
