Job Title:

ServiceNow Architect

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of technical expertise and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset focused on scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Effective collaboration skills, experienced in working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
  • Proficient in creating architecture diagrams and comprehensive technical documentation.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
