Senior ServiceNow SPM Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow SPM Developer to fill this challenging position.

  • Act as a proficient ServiceNow administrator with in-depth knowledge of the SPM product suite
  • Hands-on expertise in configuring and managing SPM modules: Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, Financial Planner Workspace
  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and solution design for complex projects
  • Perform comprehensive impact assessments on new solutions and SPM enhancements
  • Configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows to optimize system efficiency
  • Carry out rigorous system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Manage code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts with precision
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems efficiently
  • Implement automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub to streamline business processes
  • Handle platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment with ease
  • Perform daily health checks and resolve performance issues promptly
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow product teams for issue resolution and defect fixes
Essential Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience
  • In-depth understanding of SPM Product Suite and its integrations
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
  • Experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support
  • Able to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks effectively
