We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer/Admin to join our team at a leading organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administering the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro modules.
  • Developing and implementing catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Designing and integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Leading instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and streamline workflows.
  • Ensuring compliance with audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience administering ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs.
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies.
  • Ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics.
  • Leadership experience in instance upgrades and maintenance.
