We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our ServiceNow testing efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in testing HR systems, particularly with Workday and ServiceNow.

This role requires a deep understanding of HR workflows, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, as well as evaluating the performance of integrated systems under different loads.

They will also conduct thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow testing
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR
  • Colleague experience: expertise in testing employee-facing HR systems
  • Design and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests
  • End-to-end testing: design and run test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems
  • Experience testing data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs
  • Workflow automation: expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms
  • Performance testing: evaluate system performance under different loads
  • Regression testing: conduct thorough regression testing for every update or patch
