Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT support, with a proven track record in a team lead or senior agent position.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and enterprise tools.
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as ServiceDesk Plus, ServiceNow, or similar systems.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working within a pod or team-based support model.
  • Possession of ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge.
