Operations Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our team in Thrissur, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Business Process Management (BPM), with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a large team of managers and team leads, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Develop and implement client-centric strategies to meet client and corporate goals and objectives, driving business growth and success.
  • Manage client relationships, escalating issues to multiple levels of site and operations management as required.
  • Operate in US shift timings, being flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of the role.

The successful candidate will possess a strong educational background in Business Management or Administration, with a minimum of 4 years of directly related experience, including 2 or more years of supervisory experience. They will also demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proven track record of successful customer relationship management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 4 years of directly related experience, including 2 or more years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large groups of people, inspiring motivation and teamwork.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Experience demonstrating successful customer relationship management, with a focus on building strong, lasting relationships.
