We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our global HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international human resources practices and 7+ years of experience in managing daily HR processes, ensuring efficient procedures and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective background verification systems to ensure compliance and accuracy in hiring.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with international HR teams to implement best practices and ensure consistency in global HR operations.
  • Create and manage onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, helping to improve employee retention and workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to international employee movements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on international HR practices.
  • Strong knowledge of international background verification processes and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience working in the European region.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
