We are now looking for an experienced and people-first HR Manager to lead our human capital strategy — someone who can build processes and culture that allow people and our business to thrive together.
Job Summary
The HR Manager will oversee and drive all aspects of the Human Resources function — from recruitment, performance, and compensation to compliance, culture, and learning. You will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, a coach to department heads, and a trusted resource for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Management
- Develop HR strategies aligned with company-wide goals and expansion plans.
- Advise management on the HR implications of key business decisions.
Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle: job postings, interviews, selection, and hiring.
- Develop job descriptions and role specifications to attract the right talent.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration.
Performance Management
- Design and implement effective performance review and feedback processes.
- Collaborate with managers to set measurable performance goals.
- Identify employee development needs and arrange skill-building programs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and maintain competitive salary structures, bonus programs, and benefits.
- Ensure transparency and equity in compensation to attract and retain talent.
- Administer benefits (health, leave, insurance, retirement) with accuracy and care.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances, conflicts, and complaints with empathy and speed.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives that reflect our core values.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and HR regulations.
- Monitor and manage HR-related legal and policy risks proactively.
Training & Development
- Conduct training needs analysis across departments.
- Create a continuous learning culture through structured development programs.
- Empower employees through growth plans and performance coaching.
HR Administration & Analytics
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records and HRIS systems.
- Generate HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in retail, service, or fast-growing companies.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Zoho, Odoo, BambooHR, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- High emotional intelligence, problem-solving mindset, and confidentiality.
