Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned products and services, completing all required training and certifications.
  • Monitor customer issue trends, volume spikes, and case inventory to drive informed decision-making.
  • Lead daily team meetings and communicate operational updates to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Conduct effective coaching and feedback sessions, managing follow-up actions to optimize team performance.
  • Ensure timely completion of compliance training and phishing exercises for self and team members.
  • Analyze B2B Service Cloud and DOMO reports to share performance metrics weekly.

  • Critical and strategic troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.

Educational Qualification: Graduate
