The role of a Telematics Support Operations Manager is to oversee a team responsible for providing exceptional customer support services in the telematics industry. This involves guiding and developing support representatives, conducting performance reviews, and optimizing processes to ensure high service quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and develop support team members, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance assessments.
- Support Delivery: Manage and resolve telematics-related customer inquiries, handle escalations, and maintain compliance with service level agreements.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends and optimize support processes to improve response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Knowledge Sharing: Provide training on telematics systems, tools, and best practices to support team members, ensuring they stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to address customer feedback and technical issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in telematics or technical support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, telematics expertise, CRM proficiency, excellent communication, and data analysis skills.
