Job Responsibilities- Converting leads into sales and admissions
- Client retention and up-selling/cross-selling
- Proficient in English and Hindi language
- B2C client handling
- Follow-up calls with existing customers
- Timely payments and collections from customers
- Interaction via emails and phone calls
To achieve these goals, we require a skilled Sales Professional who can:
- Closing deals through the full sales cycle
- Demonstrating proven sales success
- Negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience (preferably)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 3+ years of sales industry experience
