Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at MM Management Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates for various positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Source, identify, and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing methods.
  • Resume Screening: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Assist in conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Database Maintenance: Maintain and update a candidate database to track active and passive candidates for future openings.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Job Offer Preparation: Prepare job offers and ensure proper documentation is completed.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing contracts and other necessary documents.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support recruitment-related administrative tasks such as preparing job postings, tracking hiring metrics, and creating reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Recruitment Skills: Experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment processes.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Sourcing & Networking: Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
  • Familiarity with Employment Laws: Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Team Player: Proactive, results-oriented, and team player.

Compensation: Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
