Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Lead Generator
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven BDE/Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales and marketing team at Chasepro Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, generating interest in our recruitment services, and supporting our sales team in converting leads into long-term clients.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business and help us reach new clients in need of recruitment outsourcing solutions. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify potential leads, develop strategies to engage with them, and convert them into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and analysis of their business needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to engage with potential leads and generate interest in our recruitment services.
- Support our sales team in converting leads into long-term clients by providing timely and accurate information about their needs.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the lead generation process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and sales development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development, preferably in the B2B or recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage potential clients and establish rapport.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and understand their business needs.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and services (RPO experience a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
