At iAcuire Consulting LLP, we are seeking an exceptional IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to make a significant impact in sourcing and hiring top IT talent for our European clients.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled recruitment professional with a strong understanding of the Indian talent market and IT recruitment practices. As an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives to attract qualified IT professionals and specialized talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Outreach:

Design and implement effective job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms to connect with potential candidates.

  • Candidate Screening & Assessment:

Conduct initial interviews via video conferencing to evaluate candidates' technical expertise, cultural fit, and availability.

  • Stakeholder Management:

Partner with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and coordinate with them to find the best fit according to their culture and needs.

  • Interview Coordination & Follow-Up:

Schedule candidate interviews and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person interviews as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (B.Tech, Engineering, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a recruiter, particularly within IT
  • Strong familiarity with the Indian talent market and recruitment practices
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Experience recruiting for international clients
  • Awareness of industry trends and effective sourcing methods
  • Fluency in English

Salary: ₹25 Lacs - ₹35 Lacs per annum
