We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive strategic and operational hiring initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and building strong pipelines aligned with evolving business needs.

The role involves strategic workforce planning, candidate engagement, and ensuring hiring excellence that contributes directly to employee satisfaction and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Lead the full-cycle recruitment across functions, with strong expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring.
  • Leadership & Niche Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership/niche roles.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles.
  • Innovative Sourcing Methods: Leverage advanced sourcing methods, including social platforms and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey. Partner with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
  • Interview & Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews.
  • Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics and integrate insights into decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Domain Exposure: Strong track record in technology and manufacturing domains.
  • Senior/Niche Hiring: Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Business Understanding: Strong business acumen with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
  • People Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Problem-Solving Orientation: Innovative and able to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with AI-recruitment tools and digital hiring strategies.
