Technical Talent Acquisition Lead

We seek a seasoned Technical Talent Acquisition Lead who will drive client mandates with passion and expertise.

The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing high-calibre resumes through headhunting, job portals, and professional networks. They should be able to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, coordinate multiple requirements simultaneously, and engage with candidates to brief them about the role.

The successful candidate will also source and screen profiles based on job specifications as per clients' requirements, provide top-notch candidates within the stipulated timeframe, and liaise with shortlisted candidates and the relationship team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing exceptional resumes through headhunting, job portals, and professional networks
  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Coordinating multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Engaging with candidates to brief them about the role
  • Sourcing and screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients' requirements
  • Providing top-notch candidates within the stipulated timeframe
  • Liaising with shortlisted candidates and the relationship team
  • Developing strong negotiation and influencing skills
