About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human resources, developing talent pipelines, and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
    • Sourcing and hiring candidates across various industries through job portals and social media platforms.
    • Developing and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.
    • Managing the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Employee Management & Engagement
    • Supervising, guiding, and motivating employees to achieve their full potential.
    • Monitoring employee performance and implementing improvement strategies.
    • Promoting a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work culture.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • Handling salary negotiations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
    • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Providing leadership and guidance to the HR team.
    • Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
    • Organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
    • Strong knowledge of job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment software.
    • Proven skills in recruitment, staff management, and salary negotiation.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management abilities.
    • Ability to motivate teams, maintain confidentiality, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
