Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts for foreign university campuses in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Partner with hiring managers, business heads, and university leadership to design effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, social media, academic networks, and talent pools) to engage high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Drive an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding.
  • Employer Branding & Job Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings through relevant channels.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws, UGC guidelines, and organizational policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on managing talent acquisition portfolios.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
