About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our recruitment team as a Sourcing Specialist. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent that aligns with our clients' specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications and qualifications.
  • Utilize various job boards and platforms to search for potential candidates.
  • Craft and refine search queries to effectively target potential candidates.
  • Analyze candidate profiles, resumes, and online profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates through messaging platforms or emails.
  • Built and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles and departments.
  • Screen potential candidates through phone or preliminary interviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with overall talent acquisition goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Able to work on multiple systems simultaneously
  • 2-6 years relevant work experience
  • Exceptional customer service focus
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail
  • Proven ability to contribute positively in a high-paced work environment
