Job Title: Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Our organization is seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead our hiring processes for mid-to-senior level positions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to deliver closures within defined timelines, and the capacity to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for assigned functions – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics to make informed decisions.
  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with talent acquisition platforms to enhance sourcing capabilities.
  • Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and regular touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  • Monitor and track key recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely updates and effective support.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns to attract top talent.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or staffing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media, headhunting, and direct search techniques.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
