We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead a team of specialists in developing and executing client-centric programmatic strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative campaign solutions.

The selected individual will be responsible for leading a team, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional programmatic solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing client-centric programmatic strategies to achieve KPIs and drive business growth
  • Leading a team of programmatic specialists and providing guidance and mentorship
  • Own client communication and relationship management, ensuring clear and consistent updates
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directors
  • Leveraging expertise in DV360 and other DSPs to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results
  • Utilizing MMPs and analytics platforms to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Collaborating with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high standards of quality
  • Experience in media planning and Programmatic deals is a must

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in programmatic campaign management
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team
  • Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs
  • Strong experience with MMPs and analytics tools
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel and PPT skills
