Job OverviewThis is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Manager located in Ahmedabad. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and managing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and enhancing customer engagement. Daily tasks include overseeing customer communications, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, creating reports on customer insights, and managing customer segmentation projects.
- Data analysis and creating actionable insights are crucial analytical skills required for this position.
- Effective customer interactions are a must-have communication skill.
- Sales and market segmentation experience is highly valued.
- Project management capabilities are necessary to ensure the success of customer-facing initiatives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in CRM, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
