Job Title:

Revenue Process Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue process strategies to enhance operational efficiency across the entire revenue cycle.
  • Oversee the implementation of GTM systems, tools, and processes to drive visibility and reporting.
  • Standardize cross-functional workflows to ensure seamless alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving process improvements.
  • Deep expertise in CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and funnel dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly with leadership teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes and funnel metrics.
  • Exposure to reporting/BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
