Initiative Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Initiative Lead and spearhead strategic projects focusing on Property Tax and Water modules.

  • Determine project requirements and develop detailed project specifications.
  • Present workflows and technical details to cross-functional teams.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.
  • Mitigate changes, manage client feedback, and integrate with third-party systems.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live readiness.
  • Provide training to end-users and offer post-implementation support.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and continually improve processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Master's degree in IT or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience, including 2–4 years in e-Governance or Smart City ERP projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
