Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, planning, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, optimizing resource allocation and managing procurement of materials.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, leveraging strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Oversee tendering, estimation, and contract management processes, conducting cash flow analysis and S-curve analysis.
- Prepare management information systems and work breakdown structures, proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, SAP, ERP, and FIDIC.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management tools.
