Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Project Planning & Initiation
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Prepare and present proposals, budgets, and schedules to clients and stakeholders.
  • 2. Design Coordination
    • Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to finalize design concepts.
    • Ensure design specifications align with client requirements and budget.
  • 3. Budget & Cost Control
    • Establish and monitor project budgets.
    • Manage cost variations and ensure financial targets are met.
  • 4. Procurement & Vendor Management
    • Negotiate contracts and terms.
    • Coordinate delivery schedules and installation processes.
  • 5. Construction & Installation Oversight
    • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • 6. Quality Assurance & Compliance
    • Conduct regular site inspections.
  • 7. Schedule & Timeline Management
    • Track progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • 8. Client & Stakeholder Communication
    • Maintain transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • 9. Risk Management
    • Identify potential project risks.
  • 10. Post-Project Closeout
    • Ensure proper handover of documentation, warranties, and manuals.

Qualifications:

  • Any relevant degree related to this profile
  • 5+ years of experience in a design or technical support role, preferably in the modular furniture manufacturing industry.
