The objective of this role is to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects.

Responsibilities

· Develop project timelines that align with company goals.

· Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

· Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.

· Coach and support project team members in their tasks.

· Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

· Lead MEP activities across multiple projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and ELV systems.

· Coordinate effectively with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration.

· Enforce compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations.

· Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services.

· Conduct site inspections and quality audits to guarantee adherence to design and safety standards.

· Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

· Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

· 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is an asset.
