National Trade Marketing Director

Responsibilities:- Lead the Urban and Rural GTM, including the selection of towns and outlets.
- Manage the channel structure and inputs, developing programs to drive sales.
- Own the rollout of DMS and other sales IT initiatives.
- Monitor results and plan distribution drives and offtakes.
- Meet channel and program sales targets and evolve distribution parameters.
- University degree and above.
- Previous experience in General Trade in FMCG industry (6+ years).
- Previous experience in Regional SDTM roles.
- Deep analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Good command of MS Office package (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
