Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Investment Banking Operations team. As a Process Manager, you will play a critical role in improving processes and controls that drive capacity and scale.

Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and capturing data from various global functional teams, identifying discrepancies, and proposing optimal solutions. You must be able to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, lead teams towards company objectives, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Independently handle clients and client calls to establish yourself as a valued partner.
  • Escalate issues to client and internal managers in a timely manner to avoid client escalation.
  • Build domain expertise and lead from the front.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation (BCom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (MCom, MBA, PGDM)
  • 6-10 years of experience in handling a team of minimum 25 members and has good experience and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in complexity and scope.
  • Knowledge of/prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies is highly preferred.
