Process Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Lead to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemical Engineering and a minimum of 18-20 years of experience in process development or a consultancy organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing process calculations, including heat & mass balance and utility sizing for various projects.
- You will also prepare Pharma Process Equipment data sheets and line sizing, relief load, and PSV calculations.
- Additionally, you will have exposure to simulation software's such as HYSYS, ASPEN, and preparation of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs).
Pro and Super Pro projects require strong knowledge on layout designing of API, OSD, Sterile, and Biotech Projects.
- Area classification, man material flow concepts, ISPE Guidelines, and regulatory requirements of USFDA, MHRA, and WHO are essential.
- Fermentation, Bioreactors, TFF, Chromatography, Filling Lines, and Disposable Technology knowledge are advantageous.
Review technical requirements, participate in client discussions, investigate and analyze systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Routine calculations, monitoring latest developments, and techniques.
- Maintaining contact with other disciplines/groups to ensure project compliance and progress.
