SAP FICO Lead Job Description

Our organization seeks a seasoned SAP FICO Team Leader to spearhead our financial processes and operations. This position demands a strong leader who can manage, guide, and mentor a team of skilled professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FICO modules to ensure seamless alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate projects from planning to execution, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide effective SAP FICO solutions to enhance business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial processes and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance with CA/ICWA certification.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team of SAP professionals.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in SAP FICO configuration and customization.
  • Expertise in asset accounting is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and cost controlling.
