Job Title: SAP Financials Configuration Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Financials Configuration Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on SAP FI-CA module configurations, including Main/Sub, Payment hierarchy, Clearing rules, Dunning, Security Deposits, Payment Clearings, Open item management, Tax, Instalment plans, Returns, Refund Process, and Write-offs.

You will work closely with stakeholders and other streams to understand business requirements, coordinate with offshore consortium, and ensure project delivery timelines. Your expertise in troubleshooting technical issues, identifying modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements, and continuously improving and automating business processes will be essential in this role.

In addition to your technical skills, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of organization. You must be able to research and resolve issues, handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement SAP FI-CA module solutions for customers
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance on SAP FI-CA module configurations
  • Work closely with stakeholders and other streams to understand business requirements
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications
  • Continuously improve and automate business processes
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FI-CA module configurations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in SAP FI-CA module
  • Experience in debugging and configuration of Main/Sub, Payment hierarchy, Clearing rules, Dunning, Security Deposits, Payment Clearings, Open item management, Tax, Instalment plans, Returns, Refund Process, and Write-offs
  • In-depth experience in Support activities (Incidents, Service Requests and Enhancements)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Ability to research and resolve issues, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • English language skills required (min B2 level)
  • German language skills is an added advantage
