Financial Process Improvement Specialist

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to lead the account payable process project and shape the future of our company.

  • The successful candidate will analyze, design, and implement SAP solutions for relevant business processes.
  • This role involves taking ownership of the implementation process, from gathering requirements to production release.
  • A key responsibility will be creating documentation and presentations to showcase the business value of proposed solutions.
  • We are looking for a collaborative team player who can work with other IT product teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • The ideal candidate will prepare functional concepts for SAP integration with other systems.
  • Supporting business operations by resolving incidents and fixing bugs and malfunctions in SAP is also an essential aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Deep knowledge of account payable processes and current gaps to propose effective solutions.
  2. An ability to analyze complex processes impacting MAP such as purchase return, period end activity, GR/IR clearing.
  3. Good understanding of SAP integration technologies like API, EDI, and integration suite.
  4. Experience working with OCR applications is required.
  5. Expertise in bank application functionalities including DMEE and bank reconciliation. Knowledge about cash concentration is highly advantageous.
  6. Strong understanding of Controlling module structure, objects planning, and actual process.
  7. Familiarity with profit center structure and rules definition along with splitting modules to prepare financial statutory reports out of SAP.
