Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a diligent Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical financial functions, streamlining processes, and ensuring timely revenue collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, issue, and manage invoices efficiently
  • Oversee account receivables and maintain accurate financial records
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding payments with clients
  • Analyze receivables data and provide insightful financial reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve billing processes and cash flow
Requirements
  • CA Inter / CWA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounts, particularly in receivables
  • Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software is preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to work independently and collaboratively
